The client
A small-town restaurant and bar with a golf simulator in Pocahontas, Iowa, serving food, drinks and live music.
pokyoddfellows.com ↗The challenge
Odd Fellows needed a full identity: a logo, a style guide, a website and the everyday pieces customers actually hold, read and scroll past, all looking like they came from the same place.
What I did
A bold black-and-white logo, colors and fonts, plus a brand style guide to keep everything consistent.
A WordPress website with the menu, hours, golf simulator sign-up and a quick customer survey.
A large printed food and drink menu and tri-fold drink table tents, with a QR code that links to the customer survey.
Facebook event covers and square posts for live music nights, in one consistent style for every event.
The building
The restaurant takes its name from the historic I.O.O.F. lodge building it calls home, which is featured right on the website’s homepage. The brand pairs tall, condensed type with a simple black-and-white palette, so every piece looks unmistakably like Odd Fellows.
